Tell me, designer — what should I do?
SAY TO ME DESIGNER
SAY me designer - This is my personal project. My name is Anastasiia Serkova, and I am an architect-designer. In addition to design, I enjoy bringing order, organizing quality storage solutions, and growing flowers.
Spaces where people live should be logical and comfortable, and I strive to achieve this in all of my projects.
"Everyone can have a beautiful and functional space within their budget"
Let’s renovate without stress.
A fresh update feels amazing!
A Creative Home for a Writer
This project holds a special place in my heart — it brought me not only wonderful clients, but also a dear friend and a truly warm family.

The apartment was created for a woman with a refined, delicate taste, who loves openness and light, and we reflected that in both the layout and the furnishings.

From the corridor color inspired by the Kazan Opera and Ballet Theatre to natural French linen curtains and a milk-toned backsplash that finally arrived perfect, every detail was chosen with care.

The result is a home filled with warmth, humor, and soul.
Tea Ceremony Café
A compact café designed for tea ceremonies, workshops, social gatherings, co-working, and small movie nights — complemented by a takeaway tea bar and a dishware shop.

Despite the small space, multiple functions, limited budget, and the constraints of an old building, the project achieved a fully optimized layout and a clear concept.

I developed the sketch concept, collaborated with contractors on lighting to increase customer attraction, created detailed documentation for custom-made furniture, and managed the fast implementation to ensure a quick return on investment.

The café has operated successfully for five years without renovation thanks to a timeless, balanced design that supports both owners and guests.
Cozy Condo for a Couple
A residential condo for a family with one child, designed to maximize every square meter and provide personal space for each family member. The project also needed to accommodate visiting parents, create additional sleeping options, and include two bathrooms. Since the mother works as a hairdresser in her free time, a dedicated workstation was also required.

Initial Data:
1+ bedroom condo with one bathroom
Mortgaged housing with a high cost per square meter
Multiple functions needed within a limited budget

What Was Done:
Developed a cost-efficient collage-style concept
Prepared the concept and drawings according to housing inspection requirements for approval
Obtained official permission for the reorganization (with contractor support)
Transformed the layout from 1+ bedroom and 1 bathroom into 2+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Included all client requests: storage, laundry area, and a hairdressing workstation
Created private rooms for each family member and a shared space with an additional sleeping area
Selected all materials, furniture, and décor
Supervised construction, procurement, and final decoration
The result is a fully optimized, multi-functional home that meets every need of a growing family.
Pigeon Bakery
The owner of a private bakery approached us once he had found a suitable space. A confectionery had previously operated here, so we preserved the existing layout and structural elements, focusing instead on repainting and adding budget-friendly décor. The main accent wall features a custom fresco inspired by Van Gogh’s wheat fields — a symbolic reference to wheat and bread.

At the entrance, we installed a bar counter with a dessert display. The existing raw ceiling was painted a dark color, and instead of standard lighting, we added string lanterns and a vintage wooden chandelier in the center, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The walls were repainted, new furniture was purchased, and bright yellow curtains — echoing the shades of Van Gogh’s wheat fields — were hung on the windows.
This project was completed in collaboration with A. Sharapova.
Country House
A completed real estate property needed adaptation to better suit the family’s needs. The goal was to introduce a modern design and prepare documentation for the builders.

Initial Data:
Finished country house with an existing floor plan
Minimal layout changes required
Very high ceilings (4 meters), making smaller rooms feel like vertical “wells”

What Was Done:
Adjusted the planning solution to fully accommodate the clients’ needs
Developed a modern, eco-inspired design with luxurious accents
Proposed a concept for the landscape and development of the property plot
Selected all furniture and materials
Financial Department of the University

Design for a building wing accommodating a 30-person department within a public institution
Initial Data:
Large space within a public institution
Numerous stakeholders with different preferences, requiring a cohesive and unified design
Multiple functions: standard offices, management offices, rest areas, dining zones, document storage, and student interaction spaces
High-traffic environment with constant movement of students and staff

What Was Done:
Developed and aligned the design concept with a 30-person team
Presented the project to university leadership and received full approval
Used 3D scanning to create accurate plans and adjust wall positions for optimized office layouts
Reorganized the space to include comfortable rest and dining areas
Coordinated the installation of climate control due to the south-facing orientation of the building
Added sun-protection shades to improve working conditions
Designed management offices with custom-made furniture
Created a lighting plan to enhance staff performance and comfort
Completed full material and furniture selection
Supervised construction throughout the entire process
Successfully delivered the project to completion
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling

The clients purchased a house and needed a targeted renovation focused only on the kitchen and bathroom, working within a limited budget. The task was to refresh both spaces in a minimalist style using warm beige tones, creating a calm, modern, and cohesive look.
A Vietnamese Bar with a New Identity
This Vietnamese bar-format restaurant became the second location for the brand. The goal was to create an evening atmosphere with Vietnamese cuisine, exotic fruit–based cocktails, and a completely new identity.

The space was inherited from a previous restaurant, so our task was to ensure that nothing reminded guests of the former interior while developing a fresh concept from scratch.

The open-kitchen idea remained unchanged. In the center of the dining area, we installed a rounded bar counter finished with natural stone veneer. Some furniture from the former tenants was kept but repainted to fit the new design.

A wooden slat wall panel left from the previous interior was repainted green and decorated with planters to give it a new character.

We also created a custom print for this restaurant and produced it as wallpaper. As a signature element, we incorporated an illustration by a Vietnamese artist to highlight the cultural identity and atmosphere of the space.

This project was completed in collaboration with A. Sharapova.
Modern Classic Condo
A condo designed for a doctor, focused on maximizing space efficiency and creating a fresh, modern-classic interior. The living room and kitchen were combined to open up the layout, while light, airy tones and smart storage solutions ensure comfort and functionality. The compact bathroom was carefully planned to remain both practical and elegant.
